FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preservation industry, in particular, to fruit-an-berry raw materials processing and may be used during dried berries production. The technological line contains the following elements, serially positioned: a trolley, a tripper, a scraper transporter, a washing machine, an inspection transporter, a dryer, a cooling chamber, a pneumatic transporter, a cooling bin, a sieving unit, an auger transporter and an automatic packing machine. Additionally installed within the line are: downstream the tripper - a calibration vibration table, downstream the washing machine - a smoking chamber and downstream the dryer represented by a vacuum drying chamber - a rusher.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance dried products quality, extend the ready products storage life and reduce their prime cost.
