FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for fish preserves production and may be used in food industry. The method involves preparation of recipe components, bulb onions cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. One mixes the listed components with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf; one proceeds with cooking the mixture and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce. Cherna is cut, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. The cherna and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
