SUBSTANCE: method envisages preparation of recipe components, cutting and blanching onions and apples, garlic blanching and straining, cutting salted herring fillet, parsley greens cutting and freezing, pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake, the listed components with acetic acid, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, the produced mixture and tomato paste, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce adhesion manufactured target product to container walls.
