FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, gynecology, diagnostics of inflammatory diseases of pelvis minor, in particular torpid inflammatory diseases of uterine appendages, by means of optic coherent tomography (OCT). Scanning sensor OCT-probe is introduced into abdominal cavity through laparoscopic cut until it contacts with examined region under visual laparoscopic control. By means of optic coherent radiation of IR-wave range examination of Fallopian tubes is carried out, OCT-image, representing intensity of optic radiation, reversely dispersed by examined surface, is registered. In case if inhomogeneity with presence of horizontally oriented alternating light and darker wide dark zones is present, torpid inflammatory disease of uterine appendages with presence of exudation in Fallopian tube wall. In case if inhomogeneity with presence of diffusely located bright light zones and horizontally oriented dark zones of inconsiderable size is present, torpid inflammatory disease of uterine appendages with presence of fibrosis in Fallopian tube wall is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method ensures high accuracy and sensitivity of diagnostics, making it possible to obtain information about not only surface of fallopian tubes but also about their internal structure by means of standard laparoscopy, is simple and non-traumatic.
