SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical instruments applicable in traumatology and orthopaedics for an osteosynthesis operation. A bone holding clamp with osteosynthesis plate fixator has an arc on one of its branches a base of which comprises a threaded rod on one end of a working side of the branch having a pressure platform with a ridge surface to fix the plate onto the bone, and a rod rotation handle.
EFFECT: invention provides the stable, temporary fixation of the bone fragments with the plate to be placed with the temporary fixation kept unreleased.
