FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for reduction and polyaxial stabilisation combined with intramedullary osteosynthesis. A rod is installed intramedullary. Block screws are delivered through two cortical shells and threaded holes in the rod. In screw installation, fragments are pulled up to the rod by screw heads thereby eliminating residual displacements of the fragments.
EFFECT: more effective reduction.
