FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and may be used for eyeball operations. A device comprises a handle and a blade in the form of an oblique triangle. A maximum length of a base of the triangle matches with the width of the paracentesis and makes 0.8-1.6 mm. The blade has a V-section along an axis of symmetry with the varied geometry along the axis. The geometry of section along the axis varies from the point with a maximum width of the blade towards the tip due to a smooth reduction of the base in the similar oblique triangles. The base is related to the high in the point of a maximum length of the base of the triangle as 1.2:0.15. The blade tip is inclined 15-35°.
EFFECT: invention minimises the tissue contact and deformation in section, reduces a penetration force that provides reducing the number of injuries accompanying tissue dissection, better paracentesis tightness, and safe surgeries.
