SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for simultaneous treatment of cataract and glaucoma. First and second paracenteses of cornea width are performed, anterior eye chamber is filled with viscoelastic, which is also used to cover cornea surface. Endocoagulator tip is introduced into anterior eye chamber through first or second paracenteses. Micro electric ablation and endo-trabeculectomy of trabecular meshwork along 90°-180° are carried out. Tunnel cut of cornea is made, continuous circular capsulorexis, hydrodissection and hydrodelineation are performed. Cristal lens is fragmented ams crystal lens masses are ablated. By carrying out aspiration and irrigation through first and second paracenteses respectively, capsule sac is polished, it and anterior chamber are filled with viscoelestic. Through tunnel cut AOL is implanted into capsule sac. Micro electric ablation and endo-trabeculectomy of trabecular meshwork are performed by two movements of endocoagulator tip on upper and lower borders of trabecular zone.

EFFECT: method allows to improve vision with simultaneous normalisation of ophthalmotonous pressure.
