FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used in medical rehabilitation of the patients with neurocirculatory asthenia. For this purpose, the drug therapy is combined with the exposure to interval hypoxic training using a hypoxic mixture containing 16 to 18% of oxygen with reducing the oxygen concentration to 11% on the 5-6th procedure. The sitting patient breathes in the mixture through a mask. Cycles of hypoxic mixture breathing are alternated with cycles of atmospheric air breathing: 1-2 procedures of 4 breathing sessions; the following procedures of 6 breathing sessions. Total length of the procedure makes 20 to 60 minutes. After 1.5-2-hour rest, the patient is exposed to a gas-air mixture carbon dioxide bath at temperature of the gas-air mixture of 28-30°C. The mixture is supplied for 3 min at a rate of 50 l/min. The carbon acid concentration makes 30%; the procedure length makes 15-20 minutes. The course makes 12 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method provides the effective treatment of the given category of the patients due to activating the adaptive body possibilities caused by a specific regimen of the combined action of the interval hypoxic trainings and balneotherapy.
