SUBSTANCE: method involves the following: introduction and expression in a plant of nucleic acid coding a polypeptide chosen from a group consisting of polypeptide GRF, RAA1-like polypeptide, polypeptide SYR, polypeptide ARKL and polypeptide YTP. An expression vector containing the above sequences of nucleic acids is described. Besides, the invention describes a method for obtaining transgenic plants having high yielding capacity, which involves introduction and expression in the plant, some part of the plant or a plant cell of nucleic acid coding the polypeptide chosen from a group consisting of polypeptide GRF, RAA1-like polypeptide, polypeptide SYR, polypeptide ARKL and polypeptide YTP. The invention describes use of the above vector in a method for obtaining agricultural transgenic plants having increased yielding capacity. The invention describes a transgenic plant, its cell, some part of transgenic plant, as well as prepared part of the transgenic plant, which contain the extracted sequence of nucleic acid coding the polypeptide chosen from a group consisting of polypeptide GRF, RAA1-like polypeptide, polypeptide SYR, polypeptide ARKL and polypeptide YTP. Besides, use of the above nucleic acid to improve yielding capacity of agricultural plants is described.

EFFECT: invention allows effective production of a transgenic agricultural plant having increased yielding capacity.
