FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises at least assembly of the pump and installation of the pump, power unit and induction motor at support platform. Pump comprises housing with flow section and running section testing on the platform. Flow section comprises armor disc, flow chamber and discharge pipe communicated with section and delivery pipes. Said pump comprises shaft, impeller and shaft gland seal assy. Said shaft runs in bearings. Impeller has main and cover discs or only one main disc and multistart system of vanes separated by diffuser intervane channels. Pump assembly starts from running section assembly. Then flow section is connected to running section case. Pump and drive are mounted on the platform and aligned or arranged in two levels and interconnected by intermediate power assy. Electrically driven pump unit is tested.
EFFECT: longer life, higher reliability and efficiency at lower labor and material inputs.
