Abstract RU 2505713 C1

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises assembling the pump. Said pump comprises running and flow part housings and enclosed impeller with the system of curved vanes. Pump pressure pipe is composed of diffuser that allows decreasing flow outlet pressure. Adapter comprising case, bearing flanges and power assy composed of coupling consisting of two half-couplings is assembled. Lower bearing flange is composed of support plate. Pump assembly comprises integration of running parts housing with housings of bearings. Bearings are fitted in place. Rotor shaft is mounted to attach pump flow section housing to running section housing. Unit assembly units are assembled. Half-couplings are rigidly fitted at extensions of the motor shaft and pump shaft. Pump and motor are rigidly attached to appropriate thrust flanges of adapter. Pre-adjustment and testing are performed after assembly.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture and assembly, longer life, higher reliability and efficiency.
