FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: for turbine casting geometrical parameters that influence on rotor imbalance most of all and considering their maximum deviations, values of masses, which are displaced from the turbine axis, are calculated. The above parameters include circularity tolerance of an inner cast rim surface, runout of leading and trailing edges of turbine blades and tolerance for deviation of cast dimensions of a bushing. As per the determined values of displaced masses of the above parameters on a single chosen radius there determined are the masses of a balancing belt, which correspond to them and required for elimination of imbalance. Considering possible production of a turbine rotor with maximum deviations of parameters grouped on one side of the turbine, optimum mass of balancing belt is determined, which shall be put into a structure at designing, or applicability of a turbine casting for further use in production is determined.
EFFECT: reduction of a rotor weight; improvement of its dynamic characteristics and reliability and reduction of the rotor balancing time.
