SUBSTANCE: system comprises a set of detection means (total number n), at least, one video surveillance means and a central point of the information collecting and processing means, and further comprises a network repeater or the local point of the information collecting and processing means, wherein the said detection system bundle is integrated with the said one video surveillance means and with the above-mentioned network repeater or the local point of the information collecting and processing means by the peer information network via the first radio channel, the said video surveillance means is connected by means of the second radio channel for transmitting a streaming video image to the said network repeater or the local point of the information collecting and processing means, which is connected to the said central point of the information collecting and processing means via the third radio channel for transmitting a low-frame video image and an alarm information; the above-mentioned network repeater or the local point of the information collecting and processing means is made with the ability to convert streaming video to the low-frame video image.
EFFECT: increasing the fault tolerance of detecting an intruder with simultaneous achievement of sufficient speed, visual maskability, and quality of the resulting video image.
