SUBSTANCE: each frame contains at least one signal code pattern and one or more data code patterns, said transmission includes a frame generating means configured to arrange signal data in said at least one signal code pattern in a frame, and arranges data and at least one pilot signal in said one or more data code patterns in a frame, as a result of which the length of each of said one or more data code patterns in the frequency direction is equal to or is a multiple of the minimum length of the data code pattern, a conversion means configured to convert said at least one signal code pattern and said one or more data code patterns from the frequency domain to the time domain in order to generate a time-domain transmission signal, and a transmission means configured to transmit said time-domain transmission signal.

EFFECT: flexible tuning to any required portion of the transmission band and low content of service data.
