SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal performs cell search using a channel signal SCH included in one downlink carrier component CC among a plurality of downlink CCs, the base station broadcasts a DBCH signal including information of an uplink CC paired with an initial downlink CC including the SCH signal obtained by the cell search, and transmits a response signal of a RACH signal from the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal in the initial downlink CC; the mobile terminal transmits a shared channel signal including information of the bandwidth of the mobile terminal to the base station in the uplink CC; the base station transmits a to the mobile terminal a control signal including assignment information of a downlink CC and an uplink CC based on the information of the bandwidth of the mobile terminal; the base station and the mobile terminal communicate with each other based on the assignment information.

EFFECT: wider bandwidth and high transmission rate to enable simultaneous use and support of multiple universal mobile communication systems.
