A mobile terminal has a receiving module (103) which receives radio communication frames of a lower cell in which a secure subframe coexists, in which upper cell transmission is turned off, and an insecure subframe in which upper cell transmission is not turned off, a measurement module (112) which measures reception quality based on reference signals which are separately multiplexed in the secure subframe and the insecure subframe, a feedback information reducing module (114) which calculates the value of the difference between the reception quality of the secure subframe and the reception quality of the insecure subframe, and a transmitting module (103) which sends a base station (20B) secure subframe reception quality information and the difference value calculated in the feedback information reducing module (114).

EFFECT: reducing interference in a multilevel network, such as a HetNet.
