SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile terminal, a base station, as well as a method of transmitting channel state information and a communication control method. The mobile terminal comprises: a receiving module configured to receive radio communication frames of a lower cell, which include a secure subframe which is a subframe with disabled transmission from an upper cell, and an non-secure subframe which is a subframe with enabled transmission from an upper cell; a measurement module configured to measure reception quality on reference signals, multiplexed separately in the secure subframe and non-secure subframe; and a transmitting module configured to transmit to the base station two types of information on reception quality, the secure subframe and the non-secure subframe, measured by the measurement module.
