FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to medicine. Orthopedic transitional device with flat three-dimensional textile contains upper side and lower side, which by means of supporting threads are held at a distance from each other and are connected to each other. Lower side of three-dimensional textile is intended for application on skin of transitional device user. Device is made in form of padding for application of amputation stump. Three-dimensional textile is made in form of spacer stockinet or voluminous knitted product. Skin-facing surface of lower side is provided with adhesive coating. System of orthopedic transitional device and orsthetic or prosthetic device is disclosed.
EFFECT: facilitation of wearing and increase of orthopedic device comfort.
