FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steering shaft lock. Lock 1 comprises retainer 7, 8 and slider 6. Said retainer 7, 8 can slide between locking and unlocking positions. Slider extends through said retainer 7, 8 to slide between lock end E1 and release end E2 in direction perpendicular the direction of retainer motion. Locking inclined section 64e, 71b, linearly inclined to steering shaft in direction of slider displacement, is arranged at one of said retainer and slider contact sections at displacement of slider toward lock end E1. Unlocking inclined section 64d, 71a linearly inclined to steering shaft in direction of slider displacement is arranged one of said contact sections. At slider displacement to lock end E1 aforesaid retainer 7, 8 displaces to locking position by contact with locking inclined section 64e, 71b. At slider displacement to release end E2 aforesaid retainer 7, 8 displaces to unlocking position by contact with locking inclined section 64d, 71a of slider 6.
EFFECT: possibility to lock steering shaft.
