FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of vehicles, namely to aircrafts of shortened or vertical take-off and landing on jet tie-rod from water jets for movement above water surface. Jet aircraft above surface of water with shortened or vertical take-off and landing includes wings, elements of wings and empennage mechanization, water supply system connecting water intake device with water-jet power plant and with system of water outlet channels, fuselage, control cabin, integrated aircraft control system. Proposed power plant consists of one or several single water throwers. Said water outlets are provided with exhaust nozzles with variable thrust vector (VTV), the bases of which are located on disc-like fuselage perimeter. At that, in order to create the total balancing reactive moment from the expiring water jets relative to the centre of gravity of the lifted part of the aircraft in the mode of vertical lifting, hovering and landing, the medial axes of bases of single or group of nozzles with VTV are located radially in three directions.
EFFECT: reliable controllability in all flight modes.
