FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: the measurement volume is filled with probe gas under test pressure and connected to the pressure relief chamber. Between the measuring volume and the pressure relief chamber the calibration volume is placed, which is connected to the chambers through valves frequency-controlled by inverse signals from the generator. The flow amount in the calibration of gas analytical leak detector is determined by calculation and depends on the switching frequency of the valves, recorded by the frequency metre, the pressure in the measuring volume, measured by the manometer, and the amount of the calibration volume. To determine the reliable small change in pressure, the condition of equality of total pressure drop in the measurement volume as n strokes in the division value in the controlled manometer. The device for calibration of gas analytical leak detector comprises assembly housing divided into chambers by membranes and comprises a calibration volume with two holes overlapped by the flaps under the action of the inverse signals of the generator.

EFFECT: increased stability of calibration of gas analytical leak detectors through the use of frequency management techniques of molecular flow.
