FIELD: control and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for calibration of gas-analytical instruments for tightness control. Device consists of membrane unit (2), calibrated tank (3), pulse generator (8), frequency meter (9), gas flow supply and discharge lines. At the same time calibrated container (3) is made with possibility to change volume due to change of position of screw (4), which is sealed by means of elastomeric ring seal (5).
EFFECT: wider adjustment of permissible gas flows.
