FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in phase direction finders designing within radio measuring devices, systems and complexes of super-high frequency (SHF) range. Said result is achieved due to fact, that SHF range-finder comprises N receiving radio channels (consisting of receiving antenna, communication unit, frequency converter and intermediate frequency amplifier), frequency-generating device (FGD), first, second and third two-channel switches, except for first, loaded with first and second matched loads, respectively, heterodyne, connected to frequency converters heterodyne inputs, signal processing and control unit (SPCU), wherein FGD generates M calibration signals at different from each other frequencies, which are selected so, that calibration signal phase differences increment on adjacent frequencies from receiving radio channels outputs, for which phase mismatch is determined, not exceeded by module value π. SPCU is made with possibility of frequency-generating device operation algorithm controlling.

EFFECT: technical result is elimination of receiving radio channels phase mismatch ambiguity, which enables avoiding need for receiving radio channels pre-adjustment.
