SUBSTANCE: coating contains the following component ratio, wt %: titanium carbide 9.4-10.0, ferrochrome 67.0-70.0, graphite 3.2-4.0, liquid glass 15.0-20.0, salt of alkali metal and carboxymethyl cellulose 0.4-1.0.
EFFECT: improving its rheological properties, reducing a defect of a coating at production, transportation and storage, decreasing the level of emission of hazardous substances and improving cleanliness of surfaced metal as per non-metallic inclusions.
