FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cored wire consists of mild steel sheath and a powdery blend at a filling factor of 35-40%. Batch contains the following components, wt %: 40.0-50.0 ferrochrome, ferrosilicon 2.0-4.0, 2.0-4.0 ferromanganese, ferrovanadium 18.0-20.0, 2.0-4.0 graphite, titanium carbide, obtained by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) 20.0-30.0, aluminium powder 1.0-2.0 2.0-4.0 and marble.
EFFECT: increase in hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the coatings deposited in the absence of cracks in the weld metal, the pores and other defects.
