FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of electrodes for wear proof deposition of parts operated under conditions of rough wear combined with heavy impact loads. Flux contains components in the following ratio in wt %: fluor-spar - 8.0-10.5, rutile concentrate - 2.0-3.5, feldspar - 2.5-3.5, titanium carbide - 20.5-22.5, graphite - 2.5-4.2, ferrochromium - 16.0-18.0, ferromanganese - 1.2-2.5, alkaline metal and salt carboxymethyl cellulose - 0.5-1.5, liquid glass - 15.0-20.0, marble making the rest.
EFFECT: higher flow properties, decreased amount of rejects in production, transfer and storage, lower emission of harmful substances.
