FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: isolating support of rail brace contains upper surface, bearing surface for contact with upper side of rail base, bearing surface for contact with lateral side of rail base and lateral mounting surface for anchor support of rail brace under angle of α=0-10° to vertical plane. Isolating support of rail brace also contains additional support of rail web. Bearing surface for anchor support of rail brace contains V-shaped backfall made at angle 0 < β ≤ 30° to horizontal plane with possibility of railway gauge setup. Upper surface of rail brace isolating support contains longitudinal groove for installation of push-on rod for spring clip placed in parallel to bearing surface for contact with lateral side of rail base. Width of longitudinal grove is made to the biggest diameter of the used spring clip rod. Longitudinal grove is made with end walls of isolating support; it contains at least two transversal slots connecting the groove to lateral bearing surface for anchor support with possibility of installation of spring clip branch stems.

EFFECT: simplification of repair and expansion of functional capabilities for spring clips.
