FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: container bottom is heated from below by infrared radiators, the fluid in the container is divided into five parts, leaving the major part of the fluid inside the container, and the other four ones are directed to four identical [-shaped tubes with the electrode flow-through boiler on each, placing one tube on each vertical face of the container in its corners so that the motion vectors of the fluid flows of supply air jets from the upper tube openings are directed clockwise, and the motion vectors of the fluid flows in the suction torches in the lower ends of the tubes are directed oppositely. The fluid temperature sensor is mounted on one of the vertical faces of the container in its lower part at the level of the suction tube openings in height.

EFFECT: method increases reliability and quality of the process of control and maintaining the specified temperatures of the solution in the container and significantly reduces energy consumption of the dissolution process.
