FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dissolution of low-solubility complex polymers, e.g. starch, and to heating of fluid inside vertical cylindrical tanks with height notably greater then width of their bottom. Invention may be used for making processing solutions in stationary tanks for washing parts, cables, etc, after production or before assembly, for making heated electrolytes, etc. Vertical cylindrical tank bottom is heated by IR radiators. Fluid in said tank is divided into two part, one is kept therein while another one is forced into fixed tube arranged outside of and parallel with said tank and communicated therewith by its ends at tank top and bottom to make communicating vessels. Said portion of fluid is heated inside the tube by electrode boiler at said tube on combining bottom IR radiators and electrode boiler via common automatic heating system with fluid temperature gage. Note here that tank inside is communicated from top and bottom by tubes with ultrasound reactor. Additionally, fluid is circulated jointly with substance being dissolved inside the tank by connecting tube top end to electrode boiler tangentially to tank inside and connecting bottom end also tangentially in direction opposite said top end. This made so that suction cone of bottom end is aligned with top end jet-in. Note here that pressure tube of ultrasound reactor is connected to tank from above and tangentially therewith, diametrically opposite tube top end, with electrode boiler. Note also that reactor intake tube is connected to said tank from below, opposite the tube end, with electrode boiler tangentially to tank inside. It is made so that suction cone of intake tube bottom is aligned with pressure tube top intake jet. Note here that suction cones from tube bottom with boiler and reactor intake tube are arranged diametrically opposite in circle plane so that fluid suction forces form torque in said plane. Note that inlet jets at tank top from tube top with boiler and from pressure tube from reactor are arranged similarly to form similar torque in tank top section. Temperature gage is arranged at tank bottom level with drain tube.
EFFECT: faster preparation of solutions, homogeneous solutions, higher reliability, lower power consumption.
