FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma engineering and specifically to composition of material for making electrodes of low-temperature plasma generators, which contains a binding substance and a solvent, and additionally lutetium oxide Lu2O3 and neodymium oxide Nd2O3 in ratio of 100:20 wt % and has the following ratio of components: binding substance - 10-70, Lu2O3 and Nd2O3 - 80-20, solvent - the balance.
EFFECT: high stability of operation and longer service life of cathodes of low-temperature plasma generators in the presence of aggressive additives which are used to make environmentally safe optical radiation sources.
