FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for collection of information about arterial pressure has, at least, three pneumatic chambers, located in such a way that adjacent pneumatic chambers tightly contact with each other in direction from the central part to peripheral part, when cuff, containing pneumatic chamber is fixed in measurement place. Device includes unit of internal pressure regulation for regulation of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber, connecting unit for connection and disconnection of adjacent pneumatic chambers and connection and disconnection of each of, at least, three pneumatic chambers and unit of regulation of internal pressures, control unit for control of internal pressure in each of, at least, three pneumatic chambers by control of state of connections by means of connecting unit and regulation of internal pressure in unit of internal pressure regulation; and measuring unit for collection of information about arterial pressure on the basis of change of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber. Measuring unit is made with possibility of calculating value of arterial pressure as information about arterial pressure on the basis of change of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber by first controlling impact in control unit and obtaining form of pulse wave signal as information about arterial pressure on the basis of change of internal pressure in pneumatic chamber by second controlling impact in control unit.

EFFECT: providing information used to calculate index of arteriosclerosis without increasing cuff width.
