SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for blood pressure measurement. Claimed device contains cuff for wrapping around specified physical place of examined person, sensor of detection of pressure in cuff and sensor of detecting signal of arterial volume, as well as unit of regulation of pressure inside cuff, unit of controlling start of regulation unit and unit of controlling value deduction. Unit of controlling value deduction controls value deduction, when pressure in cuff decreases or increases in leaps on specified difference of pressures by means of unit of start control. Unit of control of value deduction includes first unit of extraction of envelope curve of volume pulse wave on the basis of arterial volume signal, differential unit for differentiation of envelope curve relative to pressure in cuff, second unit of extraction for extraction of maximal value of differential value of envelope curve, as well as unit of blood pressure determination by correction of pressure in cuff, used for maximum vale differential.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to ensure accurate determination of blood pressure.
