The method involves an anal fissurectomy with a graduated sphincterotomy and a drug-induced therapy. A patient's preoperative psychoemotional status is assessed by questionnaire survey according to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). If the disorders have been shown by the questionnaire survey, namely 8-10 points "subclinical anxiety/depression" or 11 points and more "clinical anxiety/depression", a psychopharmaceutical therapy with Grandaxin or Tianeptine. The preparations are administered in common doses for 4 weeks.
