FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely colorectal surgery. Ultrasound examination is performed in the B-mode. Excision of a crack with fibrous changes is performed within healthy tissues with the removal of the wound edges to the perianal skin 1.5-2.0 cm from the edge of the anus. Lateral subcutaneous sphincterotomy is performed under the control of a linear endorectal ultrasound sensor located in the anal canal. An eye scalpel is inserted between the inner and outer sphincter through the inter-sphincter space for 3 hours to the dental line. The fibers of the internal sphincter are visualized, the projection of the dental line is determined. The sphincter is dissected with one movement in the distal direction from the dental line to the distal edge of the inner sphincter. The presence of diastasis of the dissected internal sphincter is determined.
EFFECT: method reduces the risk of anal incontinence and relapses of the disease, improves the results of surgical treatment, adequately eliminates spasm of the internal sphincter.
