The dry fucus extract possessing anticoagulant activity representing a polysaccharide complex containing fucoidan having the following composition: neutral monosaccharides - fucose, xylose, mannose, galacose, glucose, uronic acid; as well as polyphenols and sulphates in specific amount. The anticoagulant ointment containing the dry fucus extract.

EFFECT: agents described above possess pronounced anticoagulant action.
