FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposal of worn-out and rejected tires. Proposed blade comprises circular cutting edge and cylindrical drift pin aligned therewith. Said blade is equipped with one or several extra flat cutting edges secured by whatever method at outer or inner surfaces of said circular cutting edge parallel with mirror axis of said circular cylindrical cutting edge.
EFFECT: simplified removal of cut tire parts from cutting area, power savings.
