FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of making the bag 20 for cryopreservation of fluids, particularly, biological specimens with low resistance to heat effects. Universal, simple and efficient method allows making the bags with one or multiple compartments from spaced apart layers 103, 104 of polymer film with their edges jointed together along the perimeter without modification of main sealing moulds 31, 32. Relative size and number of compartments 28 can be varied without modification of moulds. To form layers to a stack with inner surface defined by forming insert the mould is used. To make required number of compartments 28, solely seam forming device 50 is to be adjusted. Proposed method is compatible with standard procedures of high-frequency soldering. It allows making the equal-thickness preset-volume bags.

EFFECT: simplified process of equal-thickness preset-volume bags.
