FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: rescuer protective suit intended for work under low temperature and radioactive emission conditions consists of trousers with protective stockings, a shirt with a hood, two-finger gloves and a helmet liner; the trousers are sewn together with the stockings that end in a rubber vamp with overshoes whereto tie-strings for attachment to the feet are sewn; in the upper part of the trousers there are shoulder suspenders and semi-rings; the shirt is combined with the hood; sewn in the rear to the shirt bottom hem is an intermediate strap that is passed between the legs and buttoned to the shirt bottom part in the front; the sleeves end in loops that are drawn onto the thumb after the gloves have been put on; the shirt sleeves have cuffs closely fitting to the wrists; the hood is fixed on the neck with a ribbon and a plastic peg; the shirt bottom is tied up with an elastic ribbon and equipped with a groin belt; the trousers are supported with the help of two suspenders and buckles of semi-rings and fixed with straps at the bottom; the suit is additionally equipped is a vest for protection against electromagnetic radiation; the protective shell has three layers; the suit is additionally equipped with a breather containing a concentric folded filter the peripheral ring whereof transits into a conic surface; the gas check is represented by a ring-shaped inflatable chamber made of elastic material; for tight joint of the filter conic surface ending and the gas check the breather is equipped with a framework made of viscoelastic material and shaped as a conic frustrum with functional holes on the side surface; on the one side of the framework the filter is mounted with the help of a ring made of elastic material; on the other side the gas check is mounted by way of part of the inflatable chamber arrested by the framework ring-shaped grooved ending; the gloves are protected against vibrations; the felted footwear intended for a rescuer working under low temperature conditions contains a bootleg, a foot part and the base sole positioned on the underside of the feet part; the protective sole positioned on the underside of the base sole is made of EVA or EVA and rubber compound or EVA and PVC compound or EVA and PE compound and additionally contains an insert heated insole made of EVA or any other elastic material; pasted into the insole heel part is a piezoelectric cell made of piezorubber such as PDMS with thickness equal to 2.5÷5 mm, sized 10×10 mm; the insole is placed into a protective casing with the heating filament connected to at least one piezoelectric cell located in the heel and/or toe part.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rescuers works under low temperature conditions with radioactive emission in place.
