FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anaesthesiology-resuscitation and cardiovascular surgery. Homovital cryopreserved homograft of abdominal aorta is used for implantation. During implantation, subclavian artery is isolated, systemic heparinization is performed, proximal and distal to the intended anastomosis, vascular clamps are applied on the subclavian artery, an arteriotomy is performed, end-to-side intervascular anastomosis is formed between a homovital cryopreserved abdominal aorta homograft and a subclavian artery. Distal end of the homovital cryopreserved abdominal aorta homograft is connected to a connector with an end diameter of 6.3 mm, from above is reinforced with a strip of vascular prosthesis from dacron in order to avoid eruption of wall of homograft, and connector is fixed. Then, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation arterial line is connected to the connector from the side with diameter of 9.5 mm with preliminary air displacement, after connecting the venous and arterial lines, the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system is started to achieve the calculated perfusion rate.
EFFECT: method enables reducing bleeding at the connection point in conditions of high pressure on the arterial line section to 270 mm Hg at the level of the anastomosis due to the elasticity of the vascular graft wall; prevent deformation of the anastomosis; as well as to provide a high level of positional maneuverability of the cannula when using the graft.
