FIELD: medicine; vascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: formation of bifurcation of the common femoral artery of the patient with a cadaveric allograft is performed. The cadaveric allograft is pre-conditioned in a solution for the cultivation of Roswell Park Memorial Institute 1640 cell structures with the addition of 400 mcg/ml of gentamicin and 20 mcg/ml of fluconazole at a temperature of +4°C for a maximum of 4 weeks.
EFFECT: method allows avoiding suppuration, achieving primary wound healing, and preventing fatal arrosive bleeding.
