FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative gynecology. After rupture of dissection muscles of women's perineum are restored. Suture is applied, by making in-puncture with 5-6 mm indent from the edge of dissected muscle to 1-1.5 cm depth from bottom upward across longitudinally stretching muscle fibres of musculus bulbocavernosus belly. Out-puncture is made at the edge of dissected muscle in reverse order. The following suture is carried out in reverse succession Knot is tied up on the opposite side of wound. 3-4 lines of interrupted vicryl sutures are applied to wall of vagina and skin derma.
EFFECT: method improves processes of microcirculation in the area of post-operational wound, makes it possible to completely match the edges of restored muscle.
