METHOD FOR SYMBIOTIC COMPENSATION OF CHRONIC RENAL INSUFFICIENCY (CRI) IN INDIVIDUAL Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC A61M1/14

Abstract RU 2506956 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, specifically to nephrology, and may be used for treating the patients suffering chronic renal insufficiency. For this purpose, according to the first version, two catheters are inserted into a patient's and healthy individual's venous beds. A perfusion pump is used to inject the patient's blood continuously into the healthy individual's circulatory system by one catheter. The healthy individual's blood is supplied into the patient's circulatory system in the same amount by the other catheter. According to the other version of the method, one catheter is inserted into the patient and donor. The perfusion pump is used to inject the patient's blood repeatedly periodically at the pre-set period of time by the catheter into the healthy individual's circulatory system. The same cyclic period is used to inject the blood from the healthy individual by the same catheter in the reverse direction into the patient's circulatory system in the same amount.

EFFECT: inventions provide higher availability of the method for urinemia compensation in chronic renal insufficiency for the patients ensured by using the regulated physiological function of healthy kidneys.
