FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: forced feed of blood components of patients with chronic renal insufficiency into blood flow of healthy individuals. Forced sampling of purified components of blood of healthy individual and forced feeding them into blood flow of patient with CRI. At that, separate simultaneous hemofiltration of blood plasma of patient and healthy individual in even volumes is performed. Then patient's ultrafiltrate is forcedly supplied into blood flow of healthy individual, and healthy individual plasma ultrafiltrate of healthy individual is forcedly supplied into patient's blood flow. Simultaneously remains of blood components after filtering plasma of patient and healthy individual are returned in their blood flows. Device for method implementation includes permanently installed two pairs of catheters, plastic tubes connected with two blood pumps. Besides, device consists of two separate parallel circuits for simultaneous circulation of blood of healthy individual and patient. Circuits contain two similar hemofilters, two valves, blood pressure sensors connected to electronic control unit which controls operation of blood pumps and pressure at inlets and outlets of hemofilters.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency, reliability, safety and availability of CRI patients blood clearing from uremic substances and prevents mixing of whole blood of partners during procedure.
