SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and desalination of various solutions by reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration and can be used in food, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries, etc. Proposed membrane comprises tubular membrane module composed of porous body with semi-permeable membrane applied thereon, turbulence promoter, initial solution feed pipes and filtrate and concentrate discharge pipes. Said porous body is composed of stationary hollow cylinder with inner surface made up of converging truncated cones sharply changing into cylinders. Turbulence promoter is composed of moving hollow body with outer surface being made of diverging truncated cones sharply changing into cylinders. Said turbulence promoter is fitted in stationary porous body for eccentric rotation and reciprocation actuated by friction assemblies. Note here that angles of inclination of truncated cone and turbulence promoter generating lines are set equal.
