FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and desalination of solutions of reverse osmosis and ultra filtration. Membrane apparatus comprises housing made of impermeable material with initial solution feed, filtrate and concentrate discharge pipes accommodating tubular membrane modules. Semipermeable membrane is applied thereon secured on both sides by flanges. Turbulence promoter is arranged to reciprocate therein. Note here that membrane module is composed of a fixed hollow cone which houses said turbulence promoter shaped to c taper shaft with helical spirals and consisting of three sections. First section is composed of the hub fixed in initial solution feed pipe bearing, bladed propeller being fitted at its end for blades to spin by fluid inlet flow with transfer of torque to turbulence promoter. Second section of turbulence promoter arranged in membrane module is composed of tapered shaft with helical spirals which runs to transfer initial solution along membrane module. Note here that turbulence promoter is reciprocated by forced change of initial solution pressure in initial solution feed pipe. Third section of turbulence promoter is composed of cylinder fitted in encase bearing to be reciprocated by the spring fitted in the barrel from the side of concentrate side.
EFFECT: higher operating efficiency.
