SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary equipment and can be used in domestic bathrooms, physiotherapeutic hospitals, etc, for hydromassage treatment, etc. Shower head nut and jet forming mesh with appropriate number of orifices is moulded as a single unit to be screwed directly on shower head or via seal ring. The number of types (Ki) of said single unit thrust made differing in that of orifices in appropriate jet forming mesh is defined from the relationship: 1≤Ki≤4, where i=1, 2, 3, 4, note here that 1<K1≤10; 10<K2≤30; 30<K3≤50; 50<K4≤70.

EFFECT: ease of replacement of jet forming meshes, higher reliability.
