FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at providing optimum structure of holes of nozzles which suit to supply characteristics of pressure system used for provision of water acupuncture effect, required for hydro-massage as well as reduction of labour costs for replacement of water jets forming elements and their cleaning. Method of making perforated articles by casting comprises molding by means of installation in preset order of multiple forming elements, threaded elements are used as forming elements for subsequent joint through formed threaded mount holes produced by casting through jet forming nozzles with holes of conoid profile. Nozzles have thread and fixing slots and plugs equipped with corresponding thread and slots for mounting and dismantling of nozzles and plugs.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labour costs for replacement of jet forming elements and improvement of acupuncture effect.
