FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of coating by roller blade. Proposed method comprises transfer of excess amount of cover fluid on continuously moving roll and adjustment of excess amount over the width to required amount for engagement of roller blade. Note here that roller blade is retained by its retainer. Said retainer is clamp by set of air operated cylinders designed to this end. Said cylinders are arranged on the side of said retainer, opposite that whereon retainer retains roller blade. Note here that said air cylinders can be adjusted by air pressure.
EFFECT: method for production of uniform amount of surface adhesive fluid for adhesion of cover fluid with roll over the width.
