SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in, for example, wheelchairs. Proposed wheel comprises hub coupled by curved spring plates with tire furnished with tread. Spring plates are composed of a system of at least three cylindrical shells or tubes uniformly distributed over inner generatrix, each being connected with hub generatrix by diametrically opposite inner side. Spring plates can have axial size increasing towards the tread.
